my first time ordering from 1911 Smoke House BBQ and they were absolutely amazing and met way above my expectations , the chicken was was juicy,tender and smoked to perfection with tons of flavor.. it has a great rub with a bit of spice but not anything out of control.Now for my ribs they were great as well lots of meat and cooked better than I'd imagined ,my sides Mac N cheese + candied yams were delicious. I'll be definitely ordering all the time now thanks to this yummy meal I highly recommend trying anything of there menu you won't be disappointed !

Ribs tastes and felt lik they were smoked 2-3 days prior. Very dry. Same with the mac and cheese. HOW on earth you can make dry mac and cheese is beyond me. Collard greens were too watery as well. 4/10

the pulled pork was amazing as always. The wings that arrived instead of the rib tips was kind of annoying since the order was wrong. However, the jerk seasoning was absolutely incredible on those wings. Though not a wing fan, I'll probably add them to a future order. I love this place I would just like consistency with orders. 5 orders TD and 3 were not correct. I've viewed the menu online and would love to try their sides. currently only nachos are on door dash.
