Fantastic pizza. This is my go to. Never had New Haven style before but now I know why ifs so highly touted. This place doesnt miss!

Not good. Got a margherita pizza -/ im from the northeast and this was definitely NOT a margherita pizza . The fresh tomatoes were those gross pink ones you get in a supermarket in january not the fresh ripe ones you get in the summer( its august ). The cheese is supposed to be fresh mozz , not this weird cheese ( is it even real ?) . The crust had a nice char but no flavor. Not Connecticut style as another reviewer commented-- best Connecticut pizza is Frank Pepe in New Haven.

Normally 28Mile is 5 stars, but the pizza was over done, there was very little sauce on both pizzas and they forgot the basil on the margarita pizza. The pretzel was meh!
