Salmon Plate. I substituted the rice for noodles, and I enjoyed that meal. lol As you can see, the size of the salmon is generous as are the noodles and vegetables.
In the past, I've also had it the original way with the rice. It was really good that way also.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to order from.

I recently tried the Steak & Shrimp Combo Plate and overall, it was a satisfying meal. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, tender and juicy with a nice sear on the outside. The seasoning was well-balanced, not too salty and complemented the natural flavor of the beef.
The shrimp were plump and fresh, with a light garlic butter sauce that added richness without overpowering them. I appreciated that they were not overcooked, which kept the texture firm but tender.
The sides, grilled vegetables were a nice touch, Presentation was appealing, with a generous portion size that felt worth the price.
Overall, this was a solid surf and turf dish that I’d recommend to anyone who enjoys a classic combination done well.

the steak Steak Plate is delicious with the noodles and sauce. I almost didn't get it because its pricey but it was enough to take some to lunch the next day so it was worth it. $3 for a CAN of soda is highway robbery though. so I wouldn't get a soda/pop

I usually love the hiba Chicken Plate but if you are going to charge 3 bucks for fried rice, please make sure the rice is fried. It was predominantly white rice with some of it fried this time. Gobs of white rice tbh. But the chicken was still delicious. Also please don't be so cheap with the butter!

The Steak & Shrimp Combo Plate had plenty on it. The Fried Rice which literally was just white rice fried a little bit. The Steak & Shrimp were extremely bland on there own. I ordered the Crack Sauce and the Teriyaki Sauce but got the Crack Sauce and the Sirachi Mayo. The Crack Sauce which is just butter and Garlic helped everything taste a little better. Overall though for the price I wouldn't order from this restaurant again
