The Pulled Pork Sandwich was out of this world. And the sauce? Took me out. And then the mac and cheese and corn bread paired with it so well. The bread pudding was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect dessert after a perfect meal.

I was curious and tried 4Rivers today. I ordered a brisket sandwich and two sides and it's a good thing the brisket is good. The coleslaw is flavorless, the mac and cheese was severely overdone and reminded me of cafeteria food (not real cheese). The cornbread was bitter. All in all, I'll stick with Bubbalous. At least their slaw is flavorful, the mac and cheese is true southern joy and their cornbread is wonderful. Don't fall for the hype.

1/2 Rack St. Louis Ribs were full of flavor and fall off the bone. Corn bread was great, not dry at all. Bbq beans had a perfect balance of sweet and savory.

If you want the smallest portions of burnt ends and brisket for $15 go ahead. Brisket was dry even though I ordered lean and moist.

Excellent food, but the meat portions are less than half of what they were a year ago. The meal pictured was $27. They even changed the box the meat comes in to make it look like a larger portion. Wont be wasting my money again.
