This was recommended by bartender at nearby hotel. She said it's one of her favorite places. Hotel kitchen closed so ordered ceviche. I am not a Mexican food expert but I thought it was brilliant. if I am back in Oakland would make a point of having an eat in dinner there.

Enchiladas Combo sauce was too thick and really tomato heavy not enough flavor. Rice and beans were good! Flan De Cafe was cool
