This used to be a 5 star dinner to order out. Today, we ordered the paparedelle with bolognese and the sauce AND pasta have both completely changed. No longer worth $18. I could make better pasta with a jar of rao's and a dry pasta. Mozarella sticks used to be amazing.... now they look like they were cooked in the microwave.

I used to be a huge fan but I can't justify ordering here anymore. My last four meals have been terrible including this one. The eggs are overcooked and discolored, the roll is stale. Earlier in the week I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich and it was practically a breadcrumb patty slapped with an ungodly amount of cheese. They used to have the best cheesesteak in town and it's evident they started using lower grade meat. For a restaurant that keeps upping its prices, the quality has trended downward consistently. Some advice - focus less on opening so many locations and more about quality ingredients.

Penne alla Vodka Sauce was delicious, most places send it to you super overcooked but this came perfectly! The Garlic Knots however were super dry with little garlic or flavor which was so disappointing. The Carrot Cake was pretty good but not something I'd get again though I liked having more than two or three dessert options.

I ordered the Blue Ribbon as a Panini but they sent as a regular sandwich. Why? Also couldnt taste yheseasonung or mustard that was in the description. Taste was just ok. Chocolate croissant looked undercooked & was pretty small. Carrot Cake was pretty good. Cheese Pizza Slice was fine though they folded it & stuffed into a paper bag which is an odd way to deliver it.
