Highest quality of anything ive ever doordashed, best portion sizes of anything ive ever doordashed, everything was hot, included utensils, plenty of ketchup packets and just enough ranch (with wings).

Overall everything was good. The Bourbon Street Steak had good flavor, but as usual was over cooked. I like my steak medium. Ordered medium rare because I know they tend to overcook the steaks and it came well done. I ordered the cheesy broccoli instead of the mash po and those were yummy.

Not sure who is in that kitchen tonight but they did amazing! I got the Whisky Bacon Burger and it was cooked perfectly. Also got the Crispy Cheese Bites and those were perfect as well. Everything was really good.

I have to call every time to make sure my order gets delivered correctly (because i have special instructions so my food isnt soggy) and unfortunately almost everytime something is forgotten. But not this time Thank You to the manager that got on the phone and assured me everything would be correct! I think its only because he and I both love them Chicken Wonton Tacos!!

They charge an extra 1- over 3$ to customize things which was okay last times I ordered because the portion of loaded potatoes I ordered was pretty big and in its own container. It seems like this time they split one portion into 2. Both of my apps were cold, the spinach artichoke dip which is normally really hot but it's like they didn't fully cook it or it was sitting there for a while. Usually this place is great this is just a one off hopefully.
