Food arrived hot and fresh, they got the side substitutions correct, didn't forget any sauces, good portion sizes, and fast. Never had a bad experience with Applebee's.

Bourbon street chicken and shrimp- normally amazing(for Applebees food) this time, our chicken tasted like someone poured dawn dish soap all over it. The chicken was inedible

my extra garlic sauce was just dumped in the bag on top of everything else. I keep adding photos but Applebee's only wants to show the good. not the bad.

Good food overall. very poor value on the side of loaded mashed potatoes though, as the side costs about $5 and came in a little cup containing just a few bites of mashed potatoes. Much less than you receive if actually dining at the restaurant. Portions seemed about right on everything else.
