Everything I've had so far is 100% amazing. The gumbo and jambalaya are PERFECT. Comfort food at its finest. Some foods don't travel well. That is not a problem with Art of Roux. Thats how you know it's good. The Shrimp Po' Boy knocked me on my tail.

The shrimp overflowed the Poboy. I almost couldn't have made two poboys out of one. I definitely recommend it and will reorder again.

The Chicken Thigh Strips Plate is so juicy and delicious. Havebt tasted the Fancy Burger Po' Boy yet but im sure its delicious as well
