Ordered medium rare steak and my steak was dry and well done. Also did not get that much veg compared to rice that is served. The fried rice is good but its way too oily. It only had a little bit of egg and carrots. Also the yum sauce just tasted like mayonnaise.

Ordered medium rare New York Steak Plate, got well done. Chicken was dry. Meat and veggie portions don't match rice portion.

The shrimp fried rice I added to my Bachi Veggies was left out and I only got one sauce from the 4 extra I paid for ? Instead of an extra garlic butter and lemon ginger sauce they gave me three of the fake sriracha packets. I've ordered from here in person before and the portion size is way smaller ordering online vs in person. Super disappointing.

Not terrible, not good. Order elsewhere unless you want 90% of your meal to be all rice!
