The food is continually good, it's always well made and tasty, but it's the effort and communication that gets the five stars. Most restaurants will cancel your order or change it on you without asking if they're out of ingredients, not Baldivis Deli, they call and offer to do what they can.

Schnitzel Burger was far from okay, hard and dry as if it had been sat in a warmer for hours before it made it to me. There was no sauce In the burger which made it even worse. It wasnt edible ,certainly not worth the money. The chips were so tiny you could barely pick them up. I dont expect 5 star quality but I do expect to be able to eat it... wont be returning unfortunately.

The Chips & Gravy were perfectly cooked, yummy gravy and the perfect amount. The Salad Roll roll was just packed and delicious. Very satisfying.

i always get food here and it's normally great, I don't know what happened today but my salad roll was a hamburger bun which was stale chicken not nice and very very little salad not happy there goes lunch
