My daughter ordered a Nacho a burrito custom made and it ended up with jalapeños on it along with guac and refried beans. She could not eat it as she cant eat spicy foods. So it was a waste of of money.

I was sent the wrong Surf & Turf Burrito to which I still ate and was good (only steak and fries in burrito). But was dismissed when I call to get a credit for my order being wrong. A simply credit towards my next order was all I wanted.
