3 BIRRIA TACOS were packed full of meat but lacked flavor even with the broth. Chips & Queso was weird tasting. almost tasted like fake cheese with some hot sauce in it. very different.

I spent 6 wks in Omaha this summer & fell in love with a local spot with loaded Mexican fries. Have been searching for something similar in Louisville. Bandido is the closest aside from I wish the fries were more done/crispier (to hold up to the toppings) & that they had cilantro as an option. Got my own cilantro & it's very close & delicious.

The steak was literally crispy! It came with a lemon not a line. The Chunky salsa was literal water.
My fries had so much condensation they were wet!
I love Bandidos but I'll stick with the Campus location !

I ordered Apollo Asada Quesadilla and it's so good. Simple and good. Sometimes just cheese and chicken hit the spot. 10/10 will order it again and again.
