EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I use Door Dash often for desserts. This Baskin Robbin's used to be great, not lately. It has been getting worse with each of my last few orders. Tonight was the worst!! I ordered a small chocolate chip milkshake and got a small chocolate milkshake. I ordered a two scoop sundae with strawberry and chocolate ice cream with strawberry topping, which I pay extra for and hot fudge. It was chocolate syrup, weird chunks of strawberry, and two very small scoops of ice cream for a two scoop sundae. I also ordered a two scoop cup of chocolate and mint chocolate chip and got chocolate and strawberry ice cream. Both doubles were put into one scoop cups which might be the reason for the very small scoops.

Hurray! After 3 consecutive orders with missing items, today's order arrived complete! WooHoo!!! The 2 Scoop Sundaes and 3 Scoop Sundae were delicious ... lots of hot fudge and just the right amount of chopped almonds and maraschino Cherry. Yum!

Best customer service ever! Rudy made sure that he made my Cappuccino Blast exactly the way he knew I liked it. So glad that DoorDash will pick up from my favorite Baskin Robbins in Visalia on Mooney Blvd. Rudy deserves a raise!!!

One day the single scoop with almonds and hot fudge arrive with no toppings; next day got toppings but the single scoop is so small it's lost in the container; next time it's all there but oozing out and making container sticky; next time no hot fudge or almonds on the vanilla because it's on the butter pecan instead! Come on ... it's a single scoop and/or a single scoop with two toppings ... How hard can that be? A little focus, concentration, care and customer service focus would go a long way to improve the service and products I've been receiving this month. Very disappointed in the decline in quality and customer service that used to be present.
