my hubby and I agreed that the Milkshake e (cookie dough) sucks. no cookie dough, and it tasted very diluted.
my What IF? Sundae was missing the chocolate scoop of ice cream, I'm not impressed by the taste.
I have not tried the 2 Pre-Packed Quart Bundle . it was not worth the $$

Does not notify you if flavors are out. This happened on two occasions. First I ordered cookie dough, but I received oreo. I called and they said they were out so instead of calling us and asking what to switch my order to, they just sent something random, which no biggie really. But the second time I ordered classic choclate, and thank god I noticed before my wife ate any that they switched it to chocolate with peanut butter and she's allergic to peanuts. When I called they just said they were out of the normal chocolate.

there is not one time I place an order and they gave us what we asked for poor customer service no care for the patron and what they actually ordered.
