• DoorDash orderthe cookies and cream milkshake was nothing close to a milkshake. it was like they blended just milk with oreos and dumped it into a cup. the mango smoothie tastes nothing like mango at all. very disappointing and not at all worth the outrageous prices.

• DoorDash orderBaskin-Robbins did not give me the pre-packed ice cream as ordered. It was hand packed and did not have even close to the pre-packed ice cream. No partial refund given for loss of quantity. They also substituted one of the ice creams. Tried to call Baskin Robbins but all phone options were disabled except for the one if customers wanted a bulk order. Left a message there, no response. Have been happy with Baskin Robbins West side location until now.
