Ice cream is good but always seems to have limited flavors. They should update DoorDash when they are out of a particular flavor

There really needs to be an option to choose a substitute if they are out of a flavor. Well in my case, all 3 of us got ABSOLUTELY none of the flavors we ordered. Mine is the Most DISGUSTING ice cream ive ever tasted. Never again. This is the 4th time they've done this. I will give my money to Wawa. $30 dollars in ice cream we didnt order is sick. Horrible place to order from.

Didnt get any of the original flavors I wanted the milkshake was gross and the ice cream scoops were small with no topping and no hot fudge. Really disappointed

Ordered 2 shakes. They did not have the flavor peppermint I odered and did not cancel it like they told the Dasher they would. The other shake was Chocolate fudge size Large. 1/4 of the drink was missing and the shakw tasted like watered down chocolate milk. Will not be ordering here again.

The Cassat store is ALWAYS out of chocolate chip when we order through Door Dash. We have to adjust our order every time. I would think there would be more than one tub of chocolate chip chip in the place, but we are always told they are out.
