I've gotten several of the fresh packs in the past. This most recent order had huge air pockets in it and was half full.

This store is horrible. The order is incorrect 90% of the time. It would be nice if I could change the store location. The store in Madison is much better.

Ordered 3 different quarts for a get together. They obviously didn't want to hand pack 2 of them so they sent 3 pre packed ones and 2 were just plain chocolate (all 3 flavors were different). Completely unacceptable and it's frankly a joke given they are a franchise.

They didnt have the brownie, so they called with options. We switched it with cake, but they didn't add anything on top. The milkshake was just milk and very little ice cream. It took forever and our doordasher had to wait a very long time for it. Paid a lot of money and very unhappy.
