Ice cream melted and refrozen more than once. This is my favorite baskin robins ice cream- had it many times from many stores and always delicious. But not from this location! The ice cream had melted and been refrozen with hard lumps of iced condensation frozen into areas, and even had a spoiled milk smell. I didn't realize this is a Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin Robins until after researching -- maybe donuts are what they focus on ice cream is a after thought and no one cares to maintain it correctly.
