The sandwiches were cold and the roast beef tasted weird. The onion rings were really greasy. Usually the food here is excellent, but tonight it wasn't the case.

The chicken was not chunks like what is usually used at sub shops. The chicken was butnt and dry. Unedible. The dressing leaked on everything.

The meal was over cooked, and the bun was stale,!  Have been eating at the House Of Roast Beef for years, and I will never go back again. Very disappointed.!!!!!  I had specified rare meat and a toasted bun., and it was the total opposite! I threw the meal away!! What a waste of money and I am wondering if it's because I got it through a delivery service I won't order anything on DoorDash after this experience again!
