Betty Noodles is a total hidden gem—seriously, this place is amazing! It’s been around for over a decade, and once you take your first bite, you’ll know exactly why. The food is crazy good—packed with bold Asian flavors that hit just right. I’m obsessed with their Super Sichuan Noodle Soup (so spicy and flavorful!) and their new Hot & Sour Dumpling Soup—wow, just wow.
Their stir-fried dishes? Absolutely drool-worthy. Everything is cooked to perfection and tastes super fresh. And don’t even get me started on the noodles—so chewy, so tasty, SO good. Every dish I’ve had here has been a winner. If you’re in Santa Cruz and haven’t tried Betty Noodles yet, you are seriously missing out!

The food was great, I liked that the broth was separate from the noodles to stay fresh. Good portions. There was not a fork or any utencils and I was at a hotel so I had a hard time eating it.

The coconut curry super soup is the best soup ive ever had... and soup has always been my favorite food. Im so happy to have found this place! Definitely recommend!
