Pricey but delicious! 100x better than other bigger names nearby.
BBQ chicken was delicious, BBQ beef was yummy and the Mac salad is a great texture change while eaten with a bite of meat! Chicken Katsu and potstickers are great! Everything we tried was good. I was honestly scared after ordering and then reading these reviews and they are waaaay off!

The loco moco is consistently good! Huge portions so great to share or have leftovers. Meat and egg are always cooked perfectly and plenty of gravy to top it off too. 10/10

We've ordered here twice, and i think thats enough for us. The lumpia came soggy because of the boxes they use and the fact that they don't vent the boxes. Chicken katsu, teriyaki beef, and fried shrimp were all dry and overcooked. Mac salad was flavorless and mainly tasted of straight mayo. Overall save the money find somewhere else.

This place has the best Hawaiian food around. The mac salad is incredible and pairs so well with everything, and the bbq chicken is a 10/10. Also tried the Kailua pork and white fish, both were great. They also do a great job packaging the orders!

Our first time trying this place & it was disappointing. Nothing tasted fresh. The lumpia was either undercooked or reheated or both, because it was not hot & not crispy. It was very, very soft & lukewarm (not to mention they give you 6 teeny, tiny pieces with hardly any filling in them for over $8, not worth it).
Both kinds of chicken tasted dry, like they had been precooked & either left in a warmer or reheated hours later. The teriyaki beef wasn't dry & had decent flavoring, but the texture felt like pure fat, very chewy, which could possibly be because it was made with poor-quality cuts of beef. & It was all mostly bland, with the macaroni salad being especially tasteless. Also, contrary to the photos on their menu, the plates do not come with cooked mixed vegetables, it's just raw, chopped cabbage under the meat.
This might be acceptable for someone to put on the dinner table at home (nothing wrong with leftovers from the night before at home) but it should not be leaving the kitchen of a restaurant that charges people money for it. We won't be ordering from here again. We prefer to pay for food that is cooked fresh to order, well-seasoned, & ingredients are included as advertised.
