The Ham & Cheese Bragel I ordered arrived as a sausage egg and cheese biscuit instead of the everything bagel with extra cream cheese I was expecting. Fair to say, I was disappointed and the sandwich was dry, as biscuits tend to be.

Second time in a row that I've ordered a Mint Hot Chocolate and gotten a Hot Mocha instead. I want hot Mint Hot Chocolate not a Mocha.
