Breakfast Bacon & Egg Taco x3 and Potato & Egg Taco x2 plus Coffee x2 delivered right to our door. We add cheese to the Bacon & Egg Taco because it's not a breakfast taco without shredded cheese. Tacos were fresh and still warm when they were delivered.
Bill Miller BBQ is definitely one of my picks when I am needing a decent breakfast Taco and am not messin' around with unfamiliar fare. I know I will be getting a tasty Taco on a fresh tortilla. The eggs will be cooked right. I like my bacon crispy and their bacon is definitely cooked but quite where I like it.
Regardless of that, when ordering for delivery, I accept unless I drive over and order inside personally, I get what they are servin'. And that's just fine. Devoured in minutes and no problems at all.

Working on a weekend. We wanted hot coffee and a few breakfast tacos while undertaking a huge, difficult project. Bill Miller BBQ was my 1st choice for breakfast.
I had a couple Bacon, Egg, cheese. My sister likes Potato and egg with cheese. Bill Miller's breakfast tacos are happily consistent. A soft tortilla, and generous fillings... our tummies are full and happy. Dependable. Consistent. Delicious.
Isn't that all we want in our comfort food?

I bought the #3 combo with turkey. I'm not a big meat eater so I had assumed I would have extra. Unfortunately, there was very little turkey and a lot of it was inedible. It was dried out, hard as a rock or as hard as Jerky.
The sides were good. I had the pinto beans, hash browns and mac-n- cheese.

I love brisket!! The barbecue sauce has the perfect tangy taste for me! The smoke flavor tastes so great! The sides are all very good! I do recommend this very Texan restaurant !!!
