• DoorDash orderI discovered this taco truck in person one day and so glad they deliver through DoorDash! Quesabirria is bomb, no skimping on meat/cheese and the best price around in my opinion for also getting consome!

I am an avid Mexican food truck eater & was extremely dissapointed with everything here.
The beef here is very obviously frozen & cooked, also when cooked it comes out extremely tough & overcooked. The Birria flavor is okay, not good. The Pastor is extremely bland (doesn't even taste like Pastor) & the amount they gave in the burrito was extremely small. I truly only have issues with their meat, they are bland, overcooked, and obviously frozen. I hope they fix their meat practices & recipes.
