my "12 plus" roses bouquet came with 10 roses and came with bad flowers. I'd be very disappointed if the store chose my flowers and not the dasher. not nearly as full as the picture advertised.

This is my first time ordering flowers for delivery, and I was a little disappointed. I am not sure how long the flowers sit on a shelf or if the buquets are made to order, but if they are, they should resemble close to what the image posted online looks like. I paid 45 dollars, and I was a bit disappointed at the fact that I don't think the buquet I received was worth that. The image attracted me by its colorful arrangement and I understood the colors could vary due to the season, but when I received mine the 1st thing I noticed was the big green spot in the center and some wilted flowers.
I enjoy flowers, and they are still beautiful, but definitely not what I expected to receive based on what was presented online. There was nothing lush about this buquet I received, but I guess that is what can happen when ordering online. We rely on what is posted instead of personally seeing them before deciding if they are worth the price :(

Some of the flowers looked dry and smooshed and I didn't get the blue flowers with the Bloom Haus™ Lush Bouquet - Aalso the white sunflowers were funcky looking

a wonderful gift for my mother's birthday ❤️ she said the flowers were beautiful with some still pre bloom so they last a bit longer. would recommend it :)
