This is the first time I've ever had the Spicy Italian, and I must say, what an amazing sandwich! The bread was soft and it had plenty of meat. they also listened to my special instructions as well. 5/5 and I will be returning!

One of the best subs I've had in a very long time. The amount of meat and toppings they put on was absolutely amazing and the quality of the meat was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be ordering again.

FINALLY!! We have found an excellent sub shop in the Eustis / Mount Dora area! Blue Sky popped up last in the order on DoorDash (gotta fix that), but my wife and I are total foodies and both of us gave two thumbs up as first time customers. The mushroom cheesesteak wrap and the Italian cold cut wrap are what we ordered. The food was prepared PERFECTLY and with care! The ingredients were fresh and the potato salad rocked! Blue Sky is our new go-to for subs! Keep it up Blue Sky!

Repeat customer... the ultimate club is a whopper! You definitely get what you pay for!!! They do not disappoint! Today's order, decided to weigh my subs before we ate them since my bag was so very heavy... one was just at 2 lbs, the other was 2lb 2oz!!!! They're not loaded with excessive veggie or excessive bread weight. Phenomenal sandwiches. Ive ordered delivery numerous times and my order has been 100% correct, every time. Cheese steaks are also amazing! Turkey is amazing! Hands down, best sandwiches around. We are so happy theyre here making this glorious food! It's been years since we had a place in town that made sandwiches like this- Blue Sky is excellence, all around. Highly recommend.
