I've ordered delivery from this restaurant before and have found the sushi to be excellent. I think this last time they must have been having an off night because the quality wasn't as good.
Specifically, the salmon topping the Sexy Lady maki roll was mushy, not fresh at all. I can't recall having salmon sushi at any other restaurant where the fish was mushy. The other two maki rolls I had - yellowtail scallion and the Red Dragon - were fine.
But I also requested extra wasabi, and instead got just a small amount, but was given a large heap of the pickled ginger. Is there a new staff member there who doesn't know the difference?
