My food was hot and sealed. The hash Shredded Hash Browns were soggy and kinda bland. Same with the sausage and gravy. Kinda bland compared to the past times I've had it. over priced for the portions.

The food was delicious. Simply a perfect comfort meal that we needed tonight.
Mushroom & Onion Chopped Steak didn't have gravy as I expected but I actually preferred it without! The green beans were full of flavor. I would have preferred less cheese on the loaded mashed potatoes. It looked like cheese was added on top and microwaved.
The Cheddar Potato soup is my favorite at Bob Evans and it was superb tonight as well. It would have been nice to have a spoon included to enjoy it!
I was disappointed at first by the small glob of Strawberry supreme I received but it ended up being just the right amount for me. I'm thankful I ordered as part of the 3 course vs paying $6+ for the slice.
My daughter really enjoyed her pancakes sausage and Chocolate Chunk Cookie which was still warm and crumbly!

*They sent the wrong soup and no crackers (they NEVER send crackers, though, not even with the family size soup).
*The half of a BLT had only 2 pieces of bacon, not even enough to cover one half of a slice of bread in a single layer. Not that it was a problem, but I thought it interesting that the BLT was grilled. In my nearly 60 years of life, I have never heard of anyone grilling a BLT.
*The rolls were overbaked and dry. We order from BE several times a month. 90% of the time, we order rolls, and 50%+ of those times, the rolls are overbaked. It's a shame, too, because their rolls are DELICIOUS when they aren't overbaked/dry.
*The bacon (both on the sandwich and with the The Big Egg Breakfast ) could've been cooked better. It wasn't crispy in the least. We've had worse, of course, but we've also had better. I sure wish their app allowed for requesting crispy bacon.

*The sausage patties were so overcooked, they were CHARRED.
*One of the pieces of banana bread was, literally, only HALF the height of the other. Their banana bread loaves are short enough as it is so to give a slice that is SO TINY is just insulting.

the Honey Butter Chicken and Biscuit Family Meal had Chicken that was slightly overcooked and chewy. Otherwise, the remainder of the food was excellent. our 3 year old was thrilled with the Red, White & Blueberry Hotcakes and the rolls were soft and fresh! The Reeses peanut butter pie was top notch!
