biscuits were hard and one of my cinnamon twist got substituted for bo berry biscuit that's was hard as well.

recently orderd a 8pc Tailgatei was shocked to find that one of the pieces of chicken I was served still had feathers on it! It really ruined the experience for me. This is unacceptable. I hope they improve their quality control in the future.
