We ordered the 20pc 8 Chicken & 12 Homestyle Tenders Meal and it was perfect cooked and presented. Thanks for getting it right, Bojangles!

Everything tasted old. They did not have any grits, which paid $5 for the cheese grits. They refused to switch my grits for a biscuit which costs the same price as the grits. I don't recommend.

Southern Gravy Biscuit was not what I expected it to be. The gravy seem to be missing something and did not have much sausage in the gravy. Overall, the Bo rounds are always delicious and the tea was great!

Ordered and paid for a family size fries (large), received a small fries!
Ordered and paid for a large Ice Tea, received a small tea!
Can't employees read the order ticket??
On a positive note, the sandwich was made correctly and tasted great!
Need to do better Bojangles!
