So tired of paying insane fees and inflated prices for them to literally always forget cheese on my cheese fries; without the cheese, the fries are not the best (to me). They have forgotten the cheese on all of my orders at least this year.

So tired of my order getting messed up. This is the 3rd time ordering cheese fries for a $2 upcharge and receiving regular fries. The fries are not great, which is why we order cheese fries. It's frustrating enough that it ruins my cheat meal every single time.
