Last time I ordered food I didnt have any issues but this time my Bagel & Cream Cheese was quite literally STUFFED with cream cheese, so excessively I could store enough cream cheese for 4 other bagels. My only complain was that, but the coffee was good.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Bosa Donuts! Not only do they have the absolute BEST donuts I've ever tasted, especially the apple fritters, but their customer service is just fantastic...second to none! Bosa Donuts truly has it going on...and on...and on!!!

Bosa Donuts outdid themselves in the best way possible. The donuts arrived quickly, were in a really cool box and tasted yummy. The order exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bosa Donuts. I would give 10 stars if possible. Will definitely be coming back.

Bosa on 67th and Cactus
I placed an order for 5 dozen donut holes and added 2 cinnamon rolls and 4 Boston creme donuts to my order.
When I opened my order, I saw that I was missing the 5 dozen donut holes. I called the dasher to see if they had been left in her car. She was friendly and helpful but only picked up one box from Bosa with the 6 additional items. No donut holes. The cinnamon rolls had old glaze on them, not fresh from today.
I called the store and asked about the missing half of my order and was informed they were out of donut holes and that I was refunded. I explained that missing such a big part of the order was unacceptable. The manager was unapologetic and seemed irritated that I was not satisfied with only the 6 delivered donuts. I explained that it was poor customer service and she couldn't have cared less. I requested the store owner's contact information and she refused.
Bosa is known for great food and service but today was 0 out of 10.
