Bourbon has the very best barbeque in Bozeman. The chicken wings are far superior to chain restaurants. The brisket, ribs, and sides are all fantastic. Service is always superb--in spite of the fact that they seem always packed. Live music, dancing are the occasional amenities. Best in class.

Very disappointing. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was small, very dry, and not particularly flavorful. A sparse handful of cold fries. Felt like a bait and switch with the photo provided by the restaurant. Edible but would not recommend. Also was shorted sauce that cost extra.

The collard greens were amazing. The mac and cheese was better than average. The fried chicken may have been the worst I have ever had - worse than stuff that has been sitting under a heat lamp at a gas station for 8 hours. It was obviously extremely overcooked to the eye even before I took a bite, which makes me wonder why it went out the door in the first place. The skin and breading shattered on the first bite and fell away, leaving a dry, jerky-like overcooked meat underneath. I get the occasional kitchen problem with an overcooked batch - but sending it out the door as ugly as it visually looked is poor form. Will not order again despite how amazing the collard greens were.

mac and cheese was absolutely divine and taste fantastic, it was very satisfying. Pulled Pork Sando was incredibly dry and bland, didn't taste like bbq at all and no bbq sauce to be found, even the pickled veggies couldn't shine through since they were watered down by the pulled pork. fries were so salty they couldn't be eaten. coleslaw was just wet cabbage, bland and flavorless. Fried chicken was well made and crispy.
