Food was excellent! Lots of fresh ingredients plenty of meat! I got 3 Items and they numbered my items on the receipt and on the package so I could easily identify what was what. Great customer service there!

THE BEST TACO SALAD EVER. The shell was perfect and thankfully the speedy delivery kept it crisp. l got the ground beef with chipotle crema, black and pinto beans, house salsa and pico de gallo, with sour cream and diced onions. The flavor is unbelievable, and the onions are a must. Try this. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious, so you can't go wrong with whatever you choose to "Build". Bubbakoo's is back into my Top Three

the buy 1 get 1 basic bird deal is great. small but pretty stuffed burritos with enough meat to be a meal each. Bravo for such a good deal in these trying times.

Burrito is not only small, but 90% rice. "No cheese" was already selected and could not be unselected, so I assumed they would put the queso in automatically considering I ordered the QUESOrito. I assumed wrong. Burrito full of rice and a couple pieces of chicken and that's it. Very disappointing from a spot I typically like.

Wow! What an inedible mess! Especially if you read any of my previous rave reviews. l asked for an extra taco shell, and got a too dark, nasty tasting, (but crispy) shell that was billed as chips and salsa. The few good pieces are inside the burned shell for comparison. The salad was a gloppy lump that l used three 1/2 paper towels to soak up the liquid. 2 of the 3 towels in picture. But the best was the CRISPY CHEESY BIRRIA DILLA that the manager kept insisting wasn't burned. Could you eat cheese like that?? l'm very upset over the whole incident, but mostly because l can't ever order from Bubbakoo's again.
