They serve undercooked rubber skin wings and are stingy with wing sauce consistently. The thimbles of ranch are skimpy compared with other wing brands. Very common for brands on the decline. Sadly yet another corporatized chain more concerned with the bottom line than food and customer service excellence.

They added hardly any sauce. Ive order from them 5 times now In the last two weeks thining it would change but it doesn't. I would get 20wings and theres maybe two table spoons of sauce on 10wings. It's baucaly as good as KFC popcorn chicken but less crunchy. wing stop is way better. Wing stop actually sauces their wings and makes sure you et the right amount. Buffalo Wild Wings seems to eyeball how many wings you get as if they cwnt count to ten.

The buffalo chicken ranch sandwich came with the smallest piece of chicken. The fries were really hard as well. Mac and cheese dry.
