• DoorDash orderThere was an issue with the order half our wings were missing, but Will (believe he is a manager) reached out to door dash personally to ensure we received a refund and when I called the restaurant he was so amazing and made sure we were taken care of when I reorderd he made sure my wings were delicious and hot! Amazing customer service and friendly staff!

• DoorDash orderI've pretty much lost my faith in BWW. Half of the Traditional Wings weren't seasoned, and the other half was halfway seasoned. Also i bought fries for nearly $6 and it was the equivalent to a small from McDonalds, but 6x the price.

• DoorDash ordernacho were terrible. chips were stale, sauce not right. Everything Pretzel Knots still my favorite! soft chewy, option for more beer cheese appreciated

• DoorDash orderSean the manager did an excellent job resolving a difficult issue with a doordash delivery. His management skills are excellent and we need more people like him managing restaurants across America. Customer service has all but disappeared over the last few years and his professionalism is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work!

• DoorDash orderI ordered regular wings and got boneless and the onion rings were very few in the box. Not worth the price.
