The burgers were amazing but it was disappointing that they ran out of fries! Someone should always be doing inventory but maybe it was a tough week for them. The worker who served me was very kind and nice about it though and gave me something healthier which was carrots and celery haha. One of the best burgers in town.

The staff seemed like they hated their job. I was redirected to pick up my items, sat there for over 5 minutes with no help, and the restaurant was completely dead. The greeter came back and asked after I've not been helped, went into the kitchen, and told someone to grab my order... I saw them roll their eyes and open the cabinet behind them, and they plopped down my order. When I got home and opened my items, all the chicken was burnt and dry. The hotsause was not edible (and I like spicy food.) waste of complete time and definitely not worth the cost. Same goes for the curds and pretzels... everything was overcooked and dry.

DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered @ 10, not ready for dasher until 11:40. Impossibly dry, likely sat out for an hour. Poorly seasoned, overly cooked, cold upon arrival (not dashers fault). Called restaurant 4 times across an hour, no answer. Overpriced, dry, nasty, cold food. Not worth your money. So many better and cheaper places nearby. Specifically, overbaked Everything Pretzel Knots, overcooked and dry chicken, overcooked cold Regular Potato Wedges.

There were literally feathers on the traditional wings. Read that again. There were feathers, on the wings, sauced up feathers.
The boneless wings were dry and overcooked. The fries were cold and ROCK hard, it really seemed like they were left on the counter since yesterday and then brought to us. Easily the worst money I've ever spent on food, I'd have been better off with 7-11 roller grill items and it would have cost 60$ less.

Ordered Boneless Wings and Basket Tater Tots but never received the tots and the wings were sent as Traditional Bone In. Got a replacement order sent but the Boneless Wings were 1/8 of the size of a normal Buffalo Wild Wings boneless. They were extremely overcooked and seemed like the cook or management got upset that they had to recook an order even though they were the ones that made the mistake. Management should have made sure a messed up order was made right.
