I normally love ordering from this store. It's always right on point no matter if I'm getting delivery or picking up. Today however, they kind a dropped the ball. Don't get me wrong, my food tasted great. It was just missing a few items. It's all good though, I spoke with the manager who was super nice and she fixed it.

Both burgers were not only 100% wrong but they were charcoal patties. So burnt they were crunchy. Wings were burnt also. Cold fries and 5.5 onion rings!! For $12 I would expect more then 2 full onion rings and a bunch of pieces. Will NOT be ordering again. The Howell location is MUCH better.

Wings were overly fried and tiny. they barely had any meat on them. The order was salvaged by the kids Kids' Hand-Breaded Tenders that were actually good. The Regular Tater Tots were fine, of not on the smaller size.

All the wings were WAY over cooked. Almost all the chicken was cooked off the bone. Absolutely terrible
