Food was fresh but the chicken didn have much sauce and a small ranch for the dressing wasnt enough for the large Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad. I didnt get any utensils

I think there is an issue between door dash orders and Bdubs ordering system- I noticed on their end of the receipts for the (line tickets) that they don’t show the quantity nor specific requests! It only shows the food type and the sides chosen! For example I ordered 2 Kids' Mac & Cheese and only received one bc it wasn’t on the order slip! And also on my Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich i requested no ranch and no tomatoes- yet got both! I know how these things work, I’ve owned a restaurant and know it’s up to the staff to double check that all orders are correct but sometimes when things are busy things get messed up! Pretty frustrating for the customers ordering off of doordash! I hope this issue gets resolved!
