the burger was dripping with grease, barely any condiments and bacon was overcooked. the wings were so overcooked we could barely bite into them. our of my order of 10, I received 2 of one flavor and 6 of another... missing 2 entirely. they were not fully sauce either. very disappointing. The Ghirardelli Chocolate Chunk Brownie was very disappointing. Are all desserts prepackaged these days only to be taken out of the packaging and put on a plate, warmed and then garnished?
However, the wings were amazing.

Food was great but would have been even better if the condiment cups had more in them. The dips barely covered the bottom.
