Chicken fries seemed warm and fresh but they were a bit undercooked. I ordered halfsie but received no onion rings and the container looks a bit empty.

Although I ordered "No onion, No pickles", there are sone onions and pickles in my burger. They say my order was double-checked by 2 different employees. Additionally, I got no straw. Did I have to ask it?
