This is the softest bun I've ever had from any fast food restaurant. They cooked my impossible burger nicely where there was char but it wasn't burnt. I'm ecstatic with this Burger King. Seriously, I can't get over how soft the bun is.

Ice cream machine was "down" like it always is. My Royal Crispy Wrap looks disgusting. No lettuce or tomato or any of the other stuff. And my drink was wrong. Abysmal.

How can the burgers ALREADY be old and dry at 11am? How can the buns be stale ALREADY? Who manages this store? What a failure of management and standards.
