Cheesy tots were only about half cooked, tea was warm with no ice in it and we did not receive any condiments including the ones we paid extra for.

The royal crispy wraps are a rip off! The chicken tenders were the size of a chicken fry and next to no sauce on them either. I was excited to find out about them getting wraps but now will not be wasting my money at Buger King again!

I ordered the Chicken Philly Royal Crispy Wrap and paid to add bacon but received an overcooked bite of chicken with lettuce and tomato wrapped in a tortilla. Everything was ice cold. Gross

Love the store and the people who work there but, really wish they would put everything on the menu for Doordash!
Can't order shakes or fried mozzarella sticks because they aren't added to the menu (despite being in the store photo banner)!
I wanted to put fried cheese sticks on a plain Whopper, but apparently you can only get the cheese sticks if you order through the BK website (but no shakes there either)
