It was packed poorly. The napkins were wadded up and shoved in the bag. I asked for sweet and sour sauce but didn't get it. The chicken nuggets were overcooked. The Whopper was smashed. The fries were a little rubbery.

Sandwiches are always drowning in sauce and every time I don't want something on the sandwich I still get it. Ordered no brisket still put it on.

Fried Pickle Ranch Whopper® there was not one fried pickle on my burger at all and it was messy, the mayo was everywhere. 11 dollars for that no thank you.

Hire people who can read. Add Mayo automatically comes with mustard. Instead dry sandwich with neither.

The food is fine but DO NOT try to order a special drink (oreo shake, slushie, etc) at night because they will just not give it to you/give you a fountain drink instead. It has happened to me MULTIPLE times with no explanation.
