The Ultimate Wrap Bundle was good! I wish I had my frozen drink and whoppers with it but at least I get my refund...if they run out I guess you have to agree they are doing something right!

Cheeseburgers and pie was fine, but no seasoning on fries and there was a salt packet in bag but it was already opened and there is no option to ask for salt packets, etc. from this store! I had to throw fries away and that is a waste of money! God Bless!

Delivery was fine and quick. But the sandwiches were cold and thrown together and tossed into the bag and half the fries were upside down. But this store location has always been awful.

missing additional sauces I paid for. Burger bun was soaked and disintegrated. Poppers are a joke. They have no flavor except dirty oil.

BK is just NOT what it used to be.
The bottom bread of the Whopper® was very soggy; the meat patty doesn't taste flame broiled anymore, and the sandwich itself, appeared as if it was literally slapped into a paper wrap.
The 8 Pc. Chicken Nuggets texture is soft, (not in a good way). The texture is like a deep fried, battered paste. Although their fries are crispy, they don't taste anything like potatoes.
The overall quality of BK food has gone South, BIG TIME!
