Burger-fi is a family favorite. Unfortunately, today's order through DoorDash wasn't the best experience.
One of the two milkshake flavors we ordered was not available. The restaurant was not able to reach me promptly about a substitution. When the dasher arrived, the restaurant sent a second shake of the same flavor as the first. This is admittedly a "first world problem" complaint. I would have preferred the restaurant take the item off the order instead of taking the initiative to provide a substitute item when I could not be reached in what the restaurant considered a timely fashion.

Arrived cold. The hot dog was tough and chewy. The onions on the hot dog were old and chewy vs fresh and crispy. Onion rings were tasty but cold as well. I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant, so it wasn't any to do with travel time.

Fries were fried in extra hot oil making them nice and crisoy and not soggy. Burger was excellent.

It seems fries are fried at hot temp- nice and crispy, not soggy as they used to be ! Good service, good burgers and tasty veggie burgers.
