• DoorDash order
Burger is NOT a smash burger as stated, and the Remove Items part of the Twin Trouble burger listing is either configured incorrectly or was misinterpreted in-house as the label on the bag (and burger itself) were grossly incorrect.
I requested the Twin Trouble and what was a clear designation in DoorDash for "No Onion, No Mayo" was somehow interpreted as "No Bacon, No Cheese" in the actual burger received and on the bag label.
Very disappointing.
Chips are also VERY spicy, without any indicators of being so.
