• DoorDash orderThe Fried Egg Biscuit Sandwich with Sausage was good, as was the biscuit with strawberry jam, but they did not give me the cream I requested for my coffee, and it was bitter.
I was disappointed at first that the coffee only came in one size (12 oz.), but given the flavor, I probably wouldn't have finished a larger serving. I enjoy strong coffee, but this just tasted old, like it had been sitting on the burner too long.

• DoorDash orderVery disapppointed by this location. We love Burgerville and was excited to finally have one on Salem but the service was horrible. We paid $18 for a burger with large fry and you can see in the picture that the fry bag wasn't even half full. We called the manager and he didnt even apologize for the mistake.

• DoorDash order1/2 lb. Backyard Cheeseburger only had 1 patty and not 2. 1/2 lb. Bacon Cheeseburger didnt even have bacon on it. Best Coast Crispy Chicken Sandwich did not come with tomato's. Food was good but too many things were wrong to justify price.
