The fresh garlic and lemon in my chicken piccata bursts with flavor and makes for a deeply satisfying meal. Comfort food at its finest here. A lot of places serve this and other familiar favorites (garlic knots!) but they don't do it like C&O. Salads are highly recommended here, vibrant and tasty.

We like this restaurant, but had a pretty negative experience with the Chicken Marsala. It's my first time ordering it from here, but I've had it many times from plenty of other places. It does have a clear Marsala flavor, which isn't my favorite but that's just a preference, and it's a decently sized portion. Unfortunately, one of the three pieces of chicken in it felt like it might have been slightly undercooked (thankfully the others seemed fine), the pasta was overcooked, and there were not very many mushrooms (and those that were there were forgettable). I cannot recommend this dish and will absolutely not order it again. The 1/2 Mediterranean salad was fine, but not especially exciting. The 1 Dozen Killer Garlic Rolls were great, as always. Naturally, they're best when you can eat them in person at the restaurant, but they were still warm and somewhat soft by the time we got them, so I assume this means they were packed fresh and hot, which is great. I do recommend C&O Cucina, but try something other than the Marsala.
